Workflow Pro by LeadConnector offers tiered pricing plans for Premium Actions. As usage increases, included executions increase and overage rates decrease. This helps you manage costs more predictably.
Overview
Workflow Pro uses volume-based pricing tiers for Premium Actions.
There are four tiers:
- Free
- Starter
- Growth
- Scale
Each tier includes a monthly execution allowance. If usage goes above that allowance, overage is billed per execution based on the tier rate.

How to Optimize Pricing
- Check your total Premium Action executions for the month.
- Compare that number against each tier’s included executions.
- Add monthly plan cost + expected overage cost.
- Choose the tier with the lowest total cost for your usage.
Cost formula:
Total Cost = Monthly Price + (Overage Executions × Overage Rate)
Billing Notes
- Workflow Pro does not include ChatGPT or Workflow AI usage.
- ChatGPT and Workflow AI are billed separately as pay-as-you-go.
- Free triggers and actions can be used at no additional cost.
- Premium triggers and actions are billed per execution.
- Unlimited and Pro plans can automatically rebill subaccounts for per-use premium trigger and action costs.
- Agencies can resell Workflow Pro to clients
